This webinar will teach you how to look at deadouts to determine why they did not survive or came through the winter very weak and what 3 things can you do with survivors to help ensure better success the next time.

Dr. Dewey M. Caron is an Emeritus Professor of Entomology & Wildlife Ecology, University of Delaware, & Affiliate Professor and Content/Communications specialist Oregon Master Beekeeper program in the Department Horticulture at Oregon State University. Since University retirement he remains active in bee education with meeting presentations and writing. He is past President of WAS (2010) and currently is member-at-large to the WAS Board as well as coordinator of the WAS mini-conferences. Author/contributor to Honey Bee Health Coalition and USDA/Pollination Protection BEE MD Web program.
