Food service permits are the responsibility of the user, and are not included in the facility rental fee. Contact the Adams County Health Department to discuss approval for food service.

The grounds around the Othello Facility house over 100-200 honey bee colonies. I understand that if I voluntarily attend an event at this facility, I may expose myself to risk of personal injury and/or death from factors including, but not limited to: bee stings, allergic reactions, pain and discomfort, or exposure to aggressive bee behavior.
